Our weekly Cold Water Immersion Therapy event is open to all, offering a space for individuals seeking holistic wellness and a deeper connection with nature and with self. Whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or a curious beginner, our welcoming community will support and encourage you.
Our unique gathering combines the therapeutic practice of cold water immersion with time-honoured rituals and holistic approaches to enhance your well-being.

Monday Mornings 10-11.30am
Thursday Mornings 6.30-8.00am Throughout Winter
Cost- $30 for 1 experience
$100 for 5 passes equivalent to $20 per session
$250 for entire season of 10 weeks (thats up to 20 sessions) equivalent to $12.50 per session
What To Bring
Bathers/something that you feel comfortable going in the water wearing. Most people find it easier to have their bathers on underneath their clothes

What’s Involved?
Smoke Cleansing: As you arrive, prepare to purify your energy and set intentions through the ancient practice of smoke cleansing.
Sharing Circle : We gather together and share what has been arising for us throughout the week.
Drum Journey: Embark on a transformative 30-minute shamanic drum journey designed to soothe and restore your mind, body, and spirit. As the rhythmic beats of the drum guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allow yourself to surrender to the healing power of the journey. Drift away on the ethereal sound waves, transcending everyday stresses and worries. Feel tension melt away as you journey through inner landscapes, connecting with your inner wisdom and finding inner peace. Recent studies have shown that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, and produces feelings of well-being.
Spiral: Next, embark on a mindful walk through a beautiful rock spiral, allowing the natural surroundings to ground you and inspire introspection. Connect with the Earth and feel into what intentions you want to set for the week ahead.
Cold water immersion: Katherine will discuss the breathing technique used prior to entering the water. Depending on personal preference you can choose to stay as little as 1 minute up to 5 minutes.
Morning Tea and Chai/Herbal Tea: Warm up after being in the icy waters with either an aromatic chai or nourishing herbal tea and a home made cake made with love and intention to support your well-being. Build a sense of community as you embrace the power of shared experiences and support.

She guides you through the profound experience of plunging into icy waters, helping you tap into your inner strength and resilience. Katherine holds sacred space, allowing you to explore the depths of your being and release what no longer serves you. She skillfully weaves shamanic practices into the immersion, facilitating a profound connection with the natural elements and guiding you on a transformative journey. Whether you are seeking physical rejuvenation, emotional release, or spiritual growth, Katherine's expertise and compassionate support will empower you to embrace the challenges and emerge stronger.
